Who can invest in this offering?

This is a Regulation D Rule 506(c) offering available exclusively to verified accredited investors. You must meet the SEC's accredited investor criteria and complete our verification process before receiving the Private Placement Memorandum.

What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment is $100,000. Allocations range up to $120M for institutional and family office partners.

How are distributions paid?

Distributions are paid quarterly, typically within 30 days of each quarter's end. Returns come from operating cash flow and, upon exit, capital appreciation of the underlying real estate.

What tax advantages are available?

Investors may benefit from real estate depreciation, cost segregation studies (accelerated deductions in years 1–5), bonus depreciation, and QSBS (qualified small business stock) treatment where applicable. Please consult your CPA for personal tax advice.

What is the hold period?

The targeted hold period is 10 years, though earlier liquidity events or refinances may occur depending on market conditions and portfolio performance.
